Job summary

Govserviceshub is seeking a Programmer Analyst 6 to support Michigan's Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). This contract role involves development, maintenance, and support across multiple MDHHS applications.

You will work as a developer/analyst in a sprint team, delivering secure, scalable solutions while adhering to SDLC and testing practices. Strong REST, SQL, and C#/.NET experience is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Programmer Analyst 6position will work as contract resources for the State of Michigan - Departmentof Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supporting the Michigan Departmentof Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The resource will act in a developer andanalyst role to provide maintenance and support for a variety of MichiganDepartment of Health and Human Services applications

Must Have

• 5+ years of .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C#experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing with REST web service interfacesor Web APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL including writing and maintainingcomplex Select/Insert/Update statements.
• 3+ years of experience with developing code to allow users toupload documents from a website.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working inSprint Development team.
• 5+ years of experience working with GIT code repository software.
• 5+ years of experience developing unit and regression tests.

Requirements

Nice to Have

• 5+ years of experience developing secure websites using industrybest practices (such as preventing cross site scripting or SQL injectionattacks and coding logging into software functionality).
• 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boardsand code repository.
• Familiarity with SendGrid
• Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
