Synechron is seeking a Senior .Net Developer in Minneapolis, MN, to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on API development, microservices, and cloud-ready architectures within an Agile team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Software Development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with microservice architecture and containerized design (5+ years).
• Experience with .NET API for backend API development (5+ years).
• Excellent skills in C#, .Net Core/.Net 6/8 and above, SQL and database performance tuning, Entity Framework, LINQ (5+ years).
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (5+ years).
• Experience with AI implementation (2+ years).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Jenkins preferred.
• Experience with Git (5+ years).
• Docker and Kubernetes experience (1+ year).
• Banking, Finance and Trading domain experience.
• Azure and AWS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards, version control, deployment, maintenance and change management processes.
• Work in an Agile environment with developers, admins, and business users.
• Assist developers to solve technical problems and improve architecture.
• Transform requirements from product owners into technical solutions.
• Mentor other developers and perform code reviews.
