Job Overview

We’re seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, Django, React, and SQL to help modernize our HRA platform, guide junior and mid-level developers, and effectively communicate and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development efforts across a legacy and evolving HRA platform.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django).
• Develop intuitive, responsive UIs with React + TypeScript.
• Guide and support junior/mid-level developers—troubleshooting, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Scrum) in an Agile environment.
• Own SQL data migrations and ETL tasks using Python packages.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the stack.
  
  

What You Bring

• 7+ years of fullstack development experience with Python, Django, React/TypeScript, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with React Hooks, state management, and modern front-end tooling.
• Solid background in data migration, SQL performance tuning, and working with large datasets.
• Clear, confident communicator and team player with leadership ability.
• Comfortable mentoring junior engineers and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Preferably located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with the ability to work hybrid (2 days/week onsite in Richardson).
