Job Overview

We’re seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, Django, React, and SQL to help modernize our HRA platform, guide junior and mid-level developers, and effectively communicate and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

What You’ll Do

Lead development efforts across a legacy and evolving HRA platform.
Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python (Django).
Develop intuitive, responsive UIs with React + TypeScript.
Guide and support junior/mid-level developers—troubleshooting, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Scrum) in an Agile environment.
Own SQL data migrations and ETL tasks using Python packages.
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the stack.

What You Bring

7+ years of fullstack development experience with Python, Django, React/TypeScript, and SQL/PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with React Hooks, state management, and modern front-end tooling.
Solid background in data migration, SQL performance tuning, and working with large datasets.
Clear, confident communicator and team player with leadership ability.
Comfortable mentoring junior engineers and explaining technical concepts clearly.
Preferably located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with the ability to work hybrid (2 days/week onsite in Richardson).
