Job description

We are seeking a skilled SR .NET Developer with 5-6 years of experience specializing in .NET and Angular to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and containerizing .NET Applications with Azure AKS, SQL Server. Angular experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand the high level operation of an application: In order to containerize an existing application / service, the developer will need to understand how that works and list potential inbound / outbound dependencies for the same

· Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions

· Collaborate with other teams: other teams might be working in delivering business requirements at the same time that the containerization is going, collaboration is key among them

· Perform Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices

· Optimize Current flow: Identify and address any optimizations during the application containerization

· Repository containerization: the main objective of the initiative is containerizing existing .NET API and Worker solutions

· Technology upgrade: Some solutions are based on .NetFramework4.8 which requires NET8 conversation before being able to containerize

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience: 5-6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on containerized environment development and migration activities.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in .NET Core and .NET Framework.

Experience containerizing applications

Experience troubleshooting containerization issues

Strong analytic skills and ability to perform reverse engineering if needed

Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.

Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.

As a plus, high level understanding of Angular development (not mandatory)
