Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent academic record (GPA ≥ 3.0 as a rule)
• Proficiency in C#/.NET Core 6+ with Entity Framework, LINQ, Blazor and ASP.NET Core including Web APIs
• Design of well-architected software systems to support new technology or improve capability
• Experience leading complex software projects and decomposing requirements into tasks
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Positive, detail-oriented, organized, team-oriented, and able to prioritize in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead software development in C#/.NET Core and related languages for new products
• Possibly serve as Lead Software Engineer for complex designs and reviews
• Decompose requirements into well-defined tasks
• Research problems and implement algorithmic solutions
• Provide peer technical assessments and guidance to teammates
• Contribute to project planning and product development roadmaps
