Job summary

Garmin Ltd. is searching for a full-time .NET Core Software Engineer 2 at our Chandler, AZ location. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing software designs for Garmin's commercial aviation applications.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and has at least 1 year of experience in developing software using C#/.NET Core. Proficiency in tools and languages including Entity Framework, LINQ, and ASP.NET Core is essential. This role offers a chance to mentor junior engineers within a rotating schedule for on-call support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent academics (GPA 3.0+).
• Proficient with relevant software engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop moderately complex software using C#/.NET Core.
• Collaborate in peer code reviews and provide solutions to problems.
• Estimate level of effort and mentor less experienced engineers.
