Job summary

Evolver, LLC seeks a Senior .NET/ColdFusion Application Developer & Application Architect to support client projects in Washington, D.C. You will lead developers, enhance ColdFusion/Java/.NET apps with SQL Server and Oracle back-ends, and work in an Agile/Azure DevOps setting while pursuing a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities include mentoring teammates, updating docs, interfacing with stakeholders, and delivering robust software solutions for high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing web applications using ColdFusion and .Net.
• 5+ years frontend development with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS and XHTML, preferably HTML5/CSS3.
• 5+ years with multiple back-end languages (CFML, ASP, JSP, Java) and JS frameworks (Angular/React/Node/Blazor).
• 5+ years of experience with REST API endpoints.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• 3+ years with Windows ecosystem, AD, DNS, and IIS related to .NET.
• 3+ years debugging web pages and browser dev tools.
• 3+ years with Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure Data Studio and SSMS.
• 3+ years maintaining ColdFusion and .Net applications.
• 3+ years in Agile environments (SCRUM/Kanban).
• Master's or Bachelor's degree with long applicable experience; U.S. citizen able to obtain public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead small development teams and take initiative to deliver tasks.
• Enhance existing ColdFusion, Java and .Net applications with SQL Server/Oracle backends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Mentor team members and update technical reference docs and wikis.
• Work in an Agile/Azure DevOps environment to deliver solutions.
