Job summary

Zaven, a software company from Wrocław, Poland, seeks a skilled .NET Developer to support a US-based client. You will be a key part of backend delivery, migrating legacy systems, reducing technical debt, and ensuring high performance and reliability of the platform.

You'll maintain ASP.NET MVC 5 apps, migrate to .NET Core, design RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core, work with Azure and Azure DevOps, and collaborate with smart teams to avoid bureaucracy.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience with .NET and SQL Server.
• Experience migrating legacy apps to modern .NET Core and Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps workflows.
• Proficiency in English; Polish language skills are a plus for project communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize ASP.NET MVC 5 applications.
• Migrate legacy applications to .NET Core.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core.
• Create and optimize T-SQL procedures and functions.
• Refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt.
• Participate in migrations from on-premise to Azure cloud.
• Collaborate with teams and integrate platforms via Azure DevOps and APIs.
