Nix is seeking a Senior C# .Net Backend Engineer to help deliver AI-powered applications across AI Governance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Portfolio Management. The role involves building in C#, .Net Core within an Azure microservice environment, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious product goals.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to code reviews, and participate in agile ceremonies while helping shape data structures and scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL).
• Experience in performance optimization for responsive products.
• Proficiency with Azure native technologies (App Services, Functions).
• Unit tests and integration tests supporting regular releases.
• Good understanding of OOP and SOLID principles; agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner to refine features and acceptance criteria.
• Develop in C#, .NET Core within an Azure microservice environment.
• Improve performance and response times across the product.
• Assist with data structuring and problem solving for complex requirements.
• Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews and workshops.
• Attend daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, and technical discussions.
