We are looking for a Senior .NET Backend Developer to join us and contribute to our SaaS product, helping doctors in their daily practice and making their work more efficient to provide a better, more human experience to patients.

Our SaaS solution is a core product, widely used across 13 countries, managing millions of medical appointments. Operating at this scale offers exciting technical challenges requiring deep expertise and a product mindset.

You will be part of an autonomous product team including Frontend and Backend Developers, a Product Manager, an Engineering Manager, and supporting roles like Designer, Researcher, Product Analyst, and QA Engineer.

What do we expect from you as a Senior Backend Developer?

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in OOP languages (.NET/C#), relational databases, SQL, and ideally NoSQL.
• Quality-Driven: Commitment to good programming practices, testing, refactoring, and code quality.
• Architectural Skills: Capable of designing scalable functionalities within complex architectures.
• Communication Skills: Effective in spoken and written English.
• Distributed Systems: Experience with scalable cloud systems.
• Message Queues: Familiarity with systems like Azure queues or RabbitMQ.
• Observability: Ability to add metrics, monitoring, and create dashboards to understand system behavior.

Business Acumen: Genuine interest in understanding the business side of things.
