Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an experienced .NET / Azure DevOps Engineer in Hopkins, MN to join onsite and collaborate with clients and offshore teams. You will drive full-stack development, CI/CD automation, and remediation of vulnerabilities across projects using C#, .NET, React.js, and SQL Server.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and modern cloud-enabled architectures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core and .NET 8.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API, REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, EF Core, and SQL Server.
• 3+ years of React.js UI development.
• 5+ years of automating deployments using GitLab CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD automation and release management.
• Knowledge of unit testing, automated and manual testing.
• Secure coding, vulnerability remediation, debugging and performance optimization.
• Ability to work with clients and offshore/distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications with C#, .NET, and API layers.
• Develop front-ends using React.js and integrate with back-end services.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
• Automate deployments, environment provisioning, and release processes.
• Collaborate with clients and offshore teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, EF/EF Core components, and SQL Server queries.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance in production.
• Implement unit, automated, and manual testing practices.
• Follow secure coding standards and remediation initiatives.
• Apply observability and monitoring to improve reliability.
• Work in distributed teams following Agile and DevOps practices.
