Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for our Minnesota-based client. You'll own the POS codebase in a three-layer platform, guide incremental modernization from .NET Framework toward modern .NET, and coordinate decisions across onshore and offshore teams.

You will mentor engineers, review designs for risk, and work with stakeholders to turn business goals into practical technical plans. Onsite visits to Richfield, MN may be required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years IT experience with strong C# and .NET Framework 4.x
• Hands-on migration experience to .NET 6/8/10, multi-targeting
• Strong WCF skills: bindings, configurations, contracts, debugging services
• SQL Server/ADO.NET with stored procedures and DataSets
• MSBuild, NuGet, and PowerShell build scripting with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Proven track record of shipping to production with reliable releases
• Clear written communication with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders
• Willingness to be onsite with The Customer in Richfield, MN as needed

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and health of the POS codebase
• Lead incremental modernization from .NET Framework toward modern .NET
• Review changes for risk and ensure safe production releases
• Coordinate technical decisions across onshore/offshore developers
• Mentor senior engineers and set engineering standards
• Collaborate with The Customer to understand needs and propose improvements
• Leave code, docs, and processes in better shape than you found them
