Job summary

Baer is seeking a Senior .NET Azure AI Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. The role emphasizes AI integrations, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices within a federal project framework.

The candidate will work on a 9-month engagement onsite in Woodlawn, MD, with W2 or C2C alignment and a focus on secure, high-performing enterprise solutions for government-related needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Azure, .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• 7+ years with Azure OpenAI Service and AI/ML integrations.
• Expert-level C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core development.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation.
• Designing RESTful APIs and cloud-native apps.
• SQL and NoSQL databases knowledge.
• Node.js or Python development.
• Bicep, Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• Angular or React front-end familiarity.
• Agile methodologies, testing, and debugging.
• Experience building secure, scalable enterprise apps in cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET.
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
