Job summary

State of Oklahoma Information Systems Application Specialist position located in Oklahoma City, within the IT Services Unit of the Information Services Division. Remote working will NOT be an option for this position.

This role emphasizes planning, development, and maintenance of automated applications to support agency business needs, through design and testing of .NET applications, user collaboration, and testing coordination.

Qualifications

• Level I: 12 CS/MIS hours or 156 hours vocational ed or equivalent
• Level II: 12 CS/MIS hours + 1 year dev/analysis or cert + 1 year
• Level III: 12 CS/MIS hours + 3 years dev/analysis plus equivalent

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design .NET program code, screens, reports and tests.
• Develop and test new or enhanced applications.
• Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate user acceptance tests, performance testing, and integration testing.
• Troubleshoot minor network/PC software problems and assist users.
