Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a senior full‑stack developer to build production‑scale applications end‑to‑end using a current .NET and Angular stack, with real ownership, cloud exposure, and strong architectural collaboration. Hybrid work arrangement in Princeton, NJ (3 days/week on site).

You will develop and support enterprise web applications across frontend and back‑end layers, collaborate in an Agile team with product, QA, and architecture, create scalable, secure, and high‑performance cloud

Qualifications

• Healthcare payer or behavioral health industry experience required.
• 10+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications.
• Hands-on backend development with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience unit testing and troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and support enterprise web applications across frontend and back-end layers.
• Collaborate in an Agile team with product, QA, and architecture on design and delivery.
• Create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in cloud environments.
• Unit testing and participation in sprint planning and technical reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
