Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc. seeks a System Software Programmer to develop, modernize, and support SC Department of Public Health HR and administrative systems using Angular, backend integrations, and DevOps practices for secure, reliable delivery.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and infrastructure teams, design components, maintain CI/CD pipelines, perform testing, and ensure compliance with agency IT security standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years refactoring legacy code.
• 3+ years of enterprise-level system modernization experience.
• 3+ years of state or federal government experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing modern web applications using PrimeNG

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain HR and administrative applications using the Angular framework and modern software engineering practices.
• Understand system architectures and integrations, including interfaces with enterprise platforms.
• Identify gaps, performance issues, and modernization opportunities in legacy systems.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement secure, scalable code.
• Support full SDLC activities and ensure documentation is up to date.
