Job summary

Stellar Professionals is seeking a System Software Programmer to lead modernization, refactor, and integrate critical admin, financial, and HR software platforms. You will work across full-stack development, automated testing, database optimization, and DevOps deployment pipelines.

Location: Cayce, SC (Eastern Time Zone). Hybrid arrangement: Onsite Day 1 for equipment pickup, then onsite 1x/month to 1x/quarter as needed. Interview process: 1-2 virtual rounds.

Qualifications

• Frontend: 3+ years with Angular, PrimeNG, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Backend: 3+ years building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core and C#.
• Database: 3+ years MS SQL Server data modeling, procedures, and query optimization.
• DevOps: 3+ years CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, deployment troubleshooting.
• Modernization: 3+ years refactoring legacy code and migrating apps to modern platforms.
• Testing: 5+ years manual and automated testing across SDLC.
• Public Sector: 3+ years in state or federal government IT environments.
• Documentation & Security: knowledge of technical docs and security standards (NIST 800-53, FISMA, HIPAA).
