Duke Energy is seeking a Compliance Analyst at a senior level to lead the NERC compliance program and related enterprise programs. The role requires independent work, advanced problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams and regulators to ensure robust controls and timely responses during audits.

Responsibilities include leading audit prep, developing technical solutions for new standards, and maintaining proactive communication with senior leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Six years of related work experience
• High School/GED with 10 years related work experience acceptable in lieu of degree(s) and experience

Responsabilidades

• Compliance Program Support and audit leadership across the team.
• Respond to internal and external audit data requests with thorough reports.
• Develops technical solutions for new standards and requirements.
• Lead initiatives across departments and regulator-mandated programs.
• Mentor team members and coordinate cross-regional solutions.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes and propose strategic paths forward.
• Coordinate development and implementation of compliance tools and processes.
• Lead for implementation of new compliance standards and requirements.
