Duke Energy is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead the NERC compliance program and related enterprise initiatives. You will manage multi-area projects, develop solutions, and present to senior leaders, balancing internal IT controls with external regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years related work experience
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, High School/GED plus 10 years related work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex reports and briefings

Responsabilidades

• Serves as an audit lead while coaching team on Audit behaviors and prepares team for real time audits.
• Responds to internal and external audit data requests and prepares thorough technical reports.
• Leads team on initiatives driven from internal/external departments or regulator mandates.
• Leads collaboration for complex problem solving and provides leadership between regions for repeatable solutions.
• Maintains awareness of pending internal and regulatory changes and provides strategic path forward.
• Develops, maintains, and implements compliance training matrices and materials.
