AtkinsRealis USA Inc. seeks a Senior NEPA and Permitting Lead to join our Environment Team across Philadelphia, Edison, Alexandria, and Laurel. Lead NEPA work, coordinate with lead agencies, and drive permitting for transportation, aviation, Federal and energy projects. Strong writing, coordination, and travel readiness required. Eligible candidates travel to project sites as needed. Eligible candidates must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 15+ years with NEPA and permitting coordination.
• Experience leading NEPA documents (EA/EIS) for infrastructure.
• Knowledge of NEPA processes and permitting regimes.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation of NEPA documents and technical studies.
• Coordinate with lead agencies and stakeholders.
• Support proposal efforts for NEPA or permitting projects.
