Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Senior NEPA Specialist to build and lead a best-in-class NEPA practice across energy, transmission, infrastructure, and transportation markets. This senior, revenue-carrying leadership role originates, closes, and delivers NEPA work while serving as the primary client relationship owner and delivery lead.

The successful candidate will sell, scoping, defending, and executing work end to end, driving growth and delivering high-value results for clients

Qualifications

• Leadership in NEPA practice development and client management
• Experience delivering NEPA analyses and permitting strategies
• Strong communication with federal, state, and utility decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Own and grow trusted client relationships with federal, state, and utility decision-makers.
• Lead and deliver EAs, EISs, programmatic reviews, and permitting strategies from start to finish.
• Do what needs to be done.
