Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform Non-Destructive Testing at client sites. You will interpret results, supervise assistants, and ensure safety and quality across field operations.

Requirements include High School Diploma or GED, TWIC/site access credentials, and travel willingness. This role offers benefits, 401k, paid vacation, and overtime with travel and per-diem. Interactive training and career growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NDT Level II certifications or equivalents preferred.
• Ability to obtain TWIC and site access credentials.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; safety-minded.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per procedures and codes.
• Interpret and document test results with accuracy in digital systems.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field personnel.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope and results.
• Maintain timely records including reports and safety documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices and site-specific protocols.
• Uphold TEAM’s standards of professionalism and quality.
