Job summary

PROtect LLC is seeking experienced NDT inspectors to conduct visual and advanced non-destructive testing on exposed pipelines. You will evaluate coating integrity, identify defects, and document findings in detailed reports while supporting a traveling team.

A strong safety mindset and the ability to lead assistants on long projects are essential. The role requires 5–10 years of NDT experience, UT/MT certifications (PAUT and Creaform a plus), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years NDT inspection experience highly preferred.
• Certification in UT Level II and MT Level II; PA and Creaform are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections on exposed pipelines for coating failure before removal.
• Identify and evaluate pipeline integrity issues using multiple NDT methods.
• Document inspection findings in detailed reports with sketches and photos.
• Operate and calibrate NDT equipment; load and maintain tools.
• Lead and train assigned assistants; ensure crew safety.
• Travel as required and drive company vehicles.
