Zusammenfassung

PROtect LLC is seeking an experienced NDT inspector to perform non-destructive testing on structures, pipelines, and components using ultrasonic, radiographic, and related methods. The role requires applying multiple NDT techniques and upholding safety standards on a demanding schedule.

The candidate will load, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment, document findings, and mentor assistants while ensuring on-site safety.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with multiple NDT methods and willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Certification in RT/UT/MT/PT preferred.
• TWIC card preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct NDT testing of components and materials following applicable codes and procedures.
• Use suitable NDT methods (gamma/radiography, radiography, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, leak testing, visual) for inspections.
• Select, prepare, load, calibrate, or operate NDT equipment.
• Identify defects using appropriate testing techniques.
• Complete documentation and work orders per protocols and timelines.
• Drive company vehicles and maintain safe driving record.
• Instruct assigned assistants and ensure team safety.
