Job summary

Integrity Specialists, LLC, an SI Solutions Company, seeks a Senior Pipeline NDT Technician to inspect interstate pipelines and lead field teams. You will apply UT, MT, PT, Phased Array UT and other NDT methods to identify defects and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will diagnose root causes, prepare complex inspection reports in Excel, and coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and project managers. The role requires travel, driving, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of NDT experience.
At least 2 years with Pipeline Integrity Bellhole Examinations.
Level II MT & UT certifications with training hours.
Knowledge of Phased Array UT (Omniscan), Creaform Laser Scanning and RSTRENG or KAPA analysis.
Experience with Eddyfi Spyne inspection technology is a plus; consent to drug testing.

Responsibilities

Conduct pipeline inspections using UT, MT, PT, Phased Array UT, and other NDT methods to identify defects.
Diagnose and determine root causes of pipeline anomalies.
Prepare inspection reports in Excel; use Word and Outlook.
Provide photographic evidence of pipeline conditions and defects.
Document repair activities and validate pipeline repairs.
Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean driving record.
Perform additional duties to support inspection projects.
