Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites nationwide. The role requires holding NDT Level II certifications and the ability to interpret results with accuracy while following client specs, codes, and TEAM procedures.

You will supervise assistants, calibrate equipment, document findings, and travel to job sites with safety as a priority. Strong communication and field reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC/DISA/site access credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to report results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures, client specs, and codes.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results with proper forms or digital systems.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and field personnel during operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, timesheets, and safety documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices and site safety protocols.
• Uphold TEAM's values of safety, integrity, and quality.
