Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Senior NDT Inspector (Level II/III) for a contractor role. Remote (US-based preferred) with responsibilities across RT/UT/PAUT, MT/PT, thermography, and RVI data interpretation. You will prepare technical reports and collaborate with engineers to resolve complex indications.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of NDT experience, active Level II/III certification, and strong knowledge of ASME/API codes. Thermography or RVI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active certification in relevant NDT methods is required.
• Extensive experience interpreting RT/UT/PAUT/MT/PT data and applying codes.
• Strong knowledge of ASME and API weld acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Analyze radiographic images (RT) and ultrasonic scans (UT/PAUT) for indications.
• Review inspection data for code compliance and safety implications.
• Evaluate weld defects and provide acceptance or disposition recommendations.
• Review thermographic images and RVI footage when required.
• Prepare clear, technical inspection reports with findings and reasons.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex indications.
