Job summary

JAN X-Ray Services Inc. is seeking an Advanced Services Manager for the Carmichaels, PA location. This role will manage the Advanced Services department, perform billable NDT tasks, and drive business development in the Eastern Region.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre-job planning, ensuring personnel qualifications, and delivering revenue growth while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Union environment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NDT industry.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced services including PAUT, TOFD, UT-SW and other methods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and manage the daily operations of the Advanced Services department for Carmichaels, PA.
• Perform advanced services billable work including pipeline integrity inspections.
• Coordinate pre-job planning activities and client quality/reporting requirements.
• Help deliver annual revenue growth through customer relationships and business development.
• Develop and grow the technician base and partner with the union on training.
• Coordinate mobilization to project sites and safety/quality audits.
