Job summary

JANX in Marlboro Township, NJ, seeks anAdvanced Services Manager to lead the East Region Advanced NDT department and oversee daily operations. You will perform billable advanced services such as PAUT and UT-SW, coordinate pre-job planning, and ensure project quality and reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in NDT industry.
• 5+ years of experience with advanced services including PAUT, TOFD, UT-SW.
• Plastic fusion training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and manage daily operations of the Advances Services department in the East Region.
• Perform advanced services billable work including PAUT, TOFD and UT-SW inspections.
• Coordinate pre-job planning: personnel, qualifications, equipment, and client requirements.
• Grow revenue via customer relationships and business development in the Eastern Region.
• Develop technician base and collaborate with the union on training and shadowing.
• Coordinate mobilization to project sites and ensure safety audits and client relations.
