Job summary

JANX in Union Direct Morganville, NJ, is seeking an Advanced Services Manager to lead the East Region's Advanced Services department and to deliver billable NDT work while driving growth and client relations.

The role requires 5+ years in the NDT industry and experience with PAUT, TOFD, UT-SW, with a preference for plastic fusion training. Union ownership of duties and local travel anticipated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in NDT industry.
• 5+ years in advanced services (PAUT, TOFD, UT-SW).
• Plastic fusion training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of the Advances Services dept in East Region.
• Perform billable advanced NDT work including PAUT, UT-SW, and other methods.
• Coordinate pre-job planning: personnel, qualifications, equipment, and client specs.
• Help deliver revenue growth and business development for advanced services.
• Develop technician base and coordinate union training partnerships.
• Coordinate project mobilization, travel planning and communications.
• Conduct safety, quality, performance audits and client relations visits.
