Job summary

Apave America Inc. seeks an experienced NDT Specialist to perform advanced inspections (UT/RT) using PAUT, TOFD, GWT, and related methods. The role emphasizes accurate interpretation of results, documentation, and adherence to safety standards across diverse industries.

Applicants should have 2+ years in advanced NDT, SNT Level II in relevant methods, and IRRSP/State Card for radiography. Travel and training opportunities may be required; strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Minimum of two (2) years of advanced specialty NDT experience with full documentation.
SNT Level II certifications in PAUT, TOFD, GUL, GWT, RFT, RTR, CR, DR, ET.
Valid IRRSP or State Card required for Radiographers.
Blueprint reading, basic math, and QA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced NDT inspections using PAUT, TOFD, GWT, and other methods to identify flaws without damage.
Operate and maintain advanced NDT equipment with proper calibration.
Interpret test data and identify defects per codes and standards.
Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and maintain certification documentation.
Maintain safety and comply with regulations; communicate results to customers.
Write or approve procedures for advanced NDT methods as needed.
