Job summary

Integrity Specialists, LLC is building a Talent Community for Senior Pipeline NDT Technicians to support future opportunities. The role involves inspecting interstate pipelines for defects using UT, MT, PT and related NDT methods.

You will lead field teams, manage projects, and collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and project managers. Qualifications include 3+ years in NDT with pipeline work, Level II MT/UT, and familiarity with Omniscan, Creaform scanning, and RSTRENG/KAPA analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of NDT experience, including pipeline integrity work.
  • Experience with pipeline integrity bellhole examinations is preferred.
  • Level II MT & UT certifications with documented training hours.
  • Knowledge of phased array UT (Omniscan) and related analysis/calculations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pipeline inspections using UT, MT, PT, Phased Array UT and other NDT techniques to identify defects.
  • Diagnose and determine root causes of pipeline anomalies.
  • Prepare and modify complex inspection reports using Microsoft Excel; proficiency in Word and Outlook.

Position Summary:

We’re building a Talent Community of experienced Senior Pipeline NDE Technicians who may be a good fit for future opportunities with Integrity Specialists.

As aSenior Pipeline NDT Technician, you will inspect interstate pipelines for flaws such as corrosion, damage, and leaks using various NDT and corrosion inspection technologies. You will lead field teams and manage inspection projects with a high degree of independence. Collaboration with engineers, inspectors, and project managers is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pipeline inspections using methods such asUltrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Phased Array UT, and other NDT techniques toidentifypipeline defects.
  • Diagnose anddeterminethe root cause of pipeline anomalies.
  • Prepare andmodifycomplex inspection reports usingMicrosoft Excel, withproficiencyinWordandOutlook.
  • Provide photographic evidence of pipeline conditions and defects.
  • Document repair activities andvalidatepipeline repairs.
  • Safelyoperatecompany vehicles andmaintaina clean driving record.
  • Performadditionalduties asassigned to support inspection projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum3yearsof NDT experience, including pipeline integrity work.
  • At least2 yearsof experience with Pipeline IntegrityBellholeExaminations.
  • Level II MT & UT certificationswith documented training hours.
  • General knowledge of the following:Phased Array UT (Omniscan), CreaformLaser Scanning and RSTRENG or KAPAanalysis and calculations.
  • Valid operator qualifications viaIndustrial Training Services (ITS),Veriforce,orISNetworld.
  • Experience withRSTRENG or KAPAanalysis and calculation.
  • Experience withEddyfiSpyneinspection technology is a plus.
  • Must consent to drug testing following a conditional offer of employment.
  • Physical ability to perform occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, walking, and standing.
  • Required vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, andfocusing.
  • Frequent driving isrequired.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay range: $25- $27+per hour, depending on experience
  • Per diem while traveling
  • Competitive salary with30-hourper weekminimumguarantee

Schedule:
  • 10-hour shifts
  • Day shift Monday - Saturday
  • Overtime available
  • Travel-based field work, typically up to 90%
