Job summary

Integrity Specialists LLC is building a Talent Community of Advanced Pipeline NDE Technicians for future opportunities. As an Advanced Pipeline NDE Technician, you will perform integrity assessments on interstate pipelines using UT, MT, PT and other NDT methods, lead field teams, and manage small projects with engineers, inspectors, and project managers.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 90%), strong documentation skills, and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years NDT experience in pipeline integrity work.
  • 2+ years Bellhole Examinations experience.
  • Level II MT & UT certifications with training hours.
  • Proficiency with Omniscan, Eddyfi Spyne, and Creaform Laser Scanning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90% and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pipeline integrity assessments using UT, MT, PT and related methods.
  • Lead field teams and manage small projects with minimal supervision.
  • Document findings clearly with technical reports and photographs.
  • Maintain safety compliance and operate company vehicles safely.
  • Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and project managers.

As anAdvanced Pipeline NDE Technician, you will perform integrity assessments on interstate pipelines using both conventional and advanced NDT methods. You will lead field teams and manage small-scale projects with minimal oversight, working closely with engineers, inspectors, and project managers. This role requires significant travel and strong technicaldocumentationand reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pipeline assessments using traditional methods such asUltrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT).
  • Utilizeadvanced inspection toolssuch asPhased Array UT (Omniscan),EddyfiSpyne, andCreaformLaser Scanningfor hard spot and geometry evaluations.
  • Identify, characterize, and document pipeline flaws including SCC, corrosion, dents, hard spots, and other anomalies.
  • Generate detailed and technicallyaccuratereports usingMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Provide photographic documentation of anomalies and support field repair validation efforts.
  • Operate company vehicles safely andmaintainclean driving records.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and reporting procedures.
  • Performadditionalduties asassigned in support of inspection projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 5+ yearsof experience in NDT, including pipeline integrity work.
  • 2+ yearsof experience conductingBellholeExaminationsfor pipeline integrity.
  • Level II certifications in MT & UTwith documented training hours.
  • Proficiencywiththe following preferred:Phased Array UT (Omniscan),CreaformLaser ScanningandRSTRENG or KAPAanalysis and calculations
  • ValidOperator Qualificationsthrough ITS,Veriforce,orISNetworld.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability and willingness totravel 90% of the time.
  • Must pass adrug screeningfollowing a conditional offer of employment.
  • Must meet physical requirements: lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, visual acuity, and frequent driving.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay range: $31-35+per hour, depending on experience
  • Competitive salary with30-hourper weekminimumguarantee

Schedule:
  • 10-hour shifts
  • Day shift Monday - Saturday
