Job summary

ASRC Federal System Solutions (AFSS) seeks an experienced NDE Level II Quality Inspector, Senior to support the Orion program at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. You will perform nondestructive evaluation and prepare detailed inspection reports for engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires NAS410 Level 2/3 certification (or equivalent), strong attention to detail, and ability to travel domestically as needed. Join a team delivering high‑fidelity space hardware and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• NAS410 Level 2/3 certification in multiple methods as required.
• Experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and quality control.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT/QC inspection on Orion hardware and document results.
• Prepare acceptance/rejection evaluations and reports.
• Review records for adequacy and compliance.
• Support MRB disposition discussions and root cause analysis.
