Job summary

ASRC Federal System Solutions (AFSS) is seeking an ORION Quality Configuration Analyst, Associate at Kennedy Space Center, FL. You will apply Orion quality principles across design, sourcing, production control, and field support to ensure conformance with requirements.

Work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and program teams to resolve quality issues, conduct audits, and support controls and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical training equivalent to an associate degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with inspection and test equipment design, reliability engineering, and basic failure analysis concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication across functional teams.
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001/AS9100), ERP/PLM systems, and tools including SAP, VECAMs, and electronic workflow systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and capability to support root cause investigations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance if required; U.S. Citizen; pass pre-employment drug screen.

Requirements

• Familiarity with inspection and test equipment design, reliability engineering, and basic failure analysis concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functional teams.
• Experience with quality management systems (such as ISO 9001 or AS9100), ERP/PLM systems, and tools including SAP, VECAMs, and electronic workflow systems.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability and capability to support root cause investigations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance if required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
