Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in defense program management.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs, preferably in defense or national security contexts.
• Strong understanding of shipboard Command and Control systems, Integrated Fires, or related warfighting functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with business development, customer engagement, or requirements development with Department of War stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills translating between technical and operational communities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in field environments with military units.
• Active Secret clearance and eligibility to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational concepts into actionable technical requirements for Navy workflows.
• Manage program execution: timelines, budgets, milestones, stakeholder communications.
• Develop training materials and user docs for Navy end-users.
• Embed with end-users during exercises and demonstrations; gather field feedback.
