Job summary

NexGen Data Systems is seeking a Senior Integration Lead to direct integration and installation of Navy shore command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems. You will assess site readiness, coordinate deployment activities and validate capabilities through testing.

This role uses site surveys and engineering assessments to identify constraints, material needs, security issues and risks before field implementation.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret level security clearance required.
• DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 OS and Cybersecurity certifications required.
• Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 10 years of professional experience in systems engineering.
• Experience leading shore C4I integration and installation planning.
• Willingness to travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead shore system integration, deployment and troubleshooting with site personnel and engineering teams.
• Conduct site surveys covering interfaces, infrastructure, equipment needs and constraints.
• Prepare site in-briefs, out-briefs, checklists and survey reports with recommendations and risk assessments.
• Verify installation approaches and configuration changes meet Navy security and engineering requirements.
• Coordinate System Operation and Verification Testing and resolve defects affecting readiness.
• Document installation results and lessons learned.
