Talint's client, a management consulting firm, seeks a Sr Budget Consultant to support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management and Comptroller. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Navy Budget.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; produce Pentagon-level briefing decks.
• Hands-on experience creating reports, financial analyses, and executive presentations.
• Familiarity with Navy ERP, PBIS, ADVANA, and budget formulation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior leadership (SES/GS-15).

Responsibilities

• Support OASN FM&C in budget planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses for funded and unfunded Navy budget requests.
• Produce detailed briefing decks and reports for senior leadership (SES/GS-15).
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and enterprise tools.
• Apply PBIS, ADVANA, and Navy ERP expertise to support PPBE Planning & Programming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
