Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Senior Navy Acquisition Analyst to support the Navy customer with leadership over acquisition tasks and program oversight. You will coordinate with government stakeholders, provide daily status updates, and ensure delivery of Government/Contractor Furnished Equipment with a focus on risk and change control.

The role requires DoD/Navy program management experience, an active DoD Secret clearance, and strong leadership to mentor analysts while maintaining strict schedule

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business Management or Sciences preferred.
• 12+ years DoD/Navy program management or similar.
• Experience communicating with government stakeholders.
• Navy GFE/CFE management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government stakeholders on delivery status, issues and risks.
• Brief government acquisition management team on tasking updates daily.
• Manage customer expectations and liaise with the acquisition team.
• Oversee a team of acquisition analysts and drive performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with government stakeholders to support government equipment delivery status, issues, risks, and other tasking related to Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment.
• Communicate daily with government acquisition management team/brief out statuses of tasking.
• Work closely and manage the customer expectations
• Assist in management of team of acquisition analysts

Education and Experience Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Business Management or Sciences preferred
• 12+ years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
• Experience communicating with government stakeholders
• Navy GFE or CFE management experience preferred

Required Skills

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
