Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Navigation Systems Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineering Manager in a hybrid role based in Raynham or Boston, MA. You will lead a cross‑functional team to ensure navigation systems meet requirements and comply with FDA/ISO standards.

Join a multidisciplinary group focused on robost testing strategies, regulatory submissions, and product launches in a regulated healthcare environment.

Formación

• Degree in biomedical engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of systems engineering and product development lifecycle.
• Experience with regulatory standards and quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Verification & Validation and Integration Engineers.
• Define testable requirements and risk-based verification plans.
• Develop and execute V&V strategies and system test plans for complex medical devices.
• Prepare and deliver system-level V&V documentation and reports.
• Coordinate external test facilities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of navigation test labs.
• Support audits, regulatory submissions and design transfer.
