Rightway is seeking a Navigation Solution Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert during client engagements, from RFPs and pitches through finalist discussions, articulating the value and strategic impact of our Navigation and Unity solutions for sophisticated healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Navigation solutions or healthcare IT.
• Strong ability to engage sophisticated clients through complex discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Rightway as SME in client interactions and pitches.
• Support the proposals team with RFP responses.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership on service models.
• Provide insights to marketing and partnerships as SME.
• Lead client workshops to identify issues and propose plans.
• Develop materials to enable the sales team.
• Design demos and collaborate with sales and tech teams to showcase value.
• Bridge product marketing and sales enablement with cohesive messaging.
• Provide clinical and technical leadership throughout client lifecycle.
• Gather internal product feedback to align with client needs.
• Support enablement efforts for the sales team.
• Stay current on market dynamics and emerging Navigation technologies.
