Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Training Analyst to design, develop, verify, and deliver comprehensive training materials for Navy systems, ensuring alignment with NAVEDTRA M-142, OPNAVINST 1500.76, and related reference instructions. You will support rapid prototyping and fielding schedules while bridging system acquisition and Fleet readiness.

You will lead MTRP, NTSP coordination, and readiness planning, contributing to lifecycle sustainment and the Ready for Training milestone across Fleet training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of instructor-led and computer-based training development and delivery experience.
• 2+ years of instructional design methodologies or teaching experience.
• Experience in an operational Navy or joint military environment.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify training materials, presentation materials, and user documentation for the ICADS FoS, aligned with NAVEDTRA and OPNAVINST 1500.76.
• Analyze JDTAs and other data to define training requirements and curriculum effectiveness for operators and maintainers.
• Lead MTRP processes to architect the optimal training baseline and draft NTSP and other logistics documents.
• Coordinate with IPTs and drive the program toward Ready for Training milestones and seamless handoff to the institutional schoolhouse.
• Manage readiness risks prior to IOC by planning and executing Fleet Introductory, Initial Training, and Interim Training via MTTs.
