Job summary

DLH Corp is recruiting a Senior Network Engineer (Engineer, Computer IV) to join the team onsite at Naval Station Norfolk. You will lead sustainment engineering for afloat and ashore Navy tactical networks, coordinating with Government SMEs to drive fielded systems engineering and fleet readiness initiatives.

The role requires DoD cybersecurity qualifications within nine months and an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI capability, plus mentorship of junior engineers and strong contract-data

Qualifications

• Five years of Navy CANES/ADNS/ISNS or equivalent C4I system experience.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering/CS with CS concentration.
• DoD 8570/8140 cybersecurity qualification within nine months of hire.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainment engineering for CANES, ADNS, ISNS afloat/ashore.
• Collaborate with Government SMEs to design fielded systems practices.
• Mentor sustainment engineers and analysts to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and submit contract deliverables and data calls to NIWC Atlantic/PMW 160.
• Deliver executive briefings and PMR status reports.
• Provide remote/on-site diagnostics to resolve network issues across global operations.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to develop SOPs and sustainment docs.
• Perform additional engineering or admin duties as required.
