  • Perform other related engineering, leadership, or administrative duties as assigned to meet dynamic and evolving program requirements.
Qualifications

  • Equivalent technical trade, military service, or professional experience will be fully considered under an approved education waiver process.
  • Ten (10) years of professional experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks if qualifying with a Master’s degree; or fourteen (14) years of professional experience in computer design, software development, or computer networks if qualifying with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must possess (or complete post-hire with COR approval) a vendor/platform-specific certification such as Cisco CCNP/CCDP, Red Hat RHCP, VMware VCP, Microsoft role-based, or Cloud certifications.
  • DoD 8570/8140 Cybersecurity Workforce qualified within nine (9) months of hire date.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance walking through the door (with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent hands-on experience in sustainment engineering or fielded systems engineering (troubleshooting, configuring, or maintaining CANES or ADNS in an active afloat or ashore environment).
  • Experience supporting Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), In-Service Engineering Activities (ISEAs), or similar Navy technical organizations.
