Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Systems Engineer (ESY3) to support a large Naval Sea Systems Command contract. You will join a 200-person team, work at the Washington Navy Yard, and assist in integrating software, hardware and networks for mission critical systems.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's in engineering, and 7+ years in related domains. Telework may evolve with customer approvals, with travel to East/West Coast sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• 7+ years experience with Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser software system/subsystem design, development, production or test.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering support to a 200-person contractor team.
• Oversee development cycles from specification to deployment and maintenance.
• Integrate diverse network, software and hardware components into cohesive systems.
• Manage cost, schedules and risk as part of system objectives.
