Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer (ESY4) to support a large Navy contract at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. The role involves leading a 200-person team and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver integrated software, hardware and network solutions.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s in engineering, 10+ years in radar, EW, EO/IR or laser systems, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Domestic travel may be required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
• 10 Years of experience with Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys and/or Laser software system/subsystem design, development, production and/or test experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and integration of hybrid software, web and hardware products from specs to maintenance.
• Manage the development cycle for a resilient software, hardware and web application with design, coding, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with program managers, contractors and customers to maintain schedules, costs and technical performance.
