ORBIS Inc. is seeking a seasoned professional to support NAVSEA TEAM SUB PEO UWS (SWFTS) and related PMS offices in business and financial management.

The role spans acoustic systems, combat and weapons control, electromagnetic systems, trainer readiness, and cybersecurity readiness, aligning submarine programs with acquisition processes. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in engineering/science management or related fields, plus 5+ years in Navy acquisition or In-Service Programs, and holds a

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in engineering/science management or related field.
5+ years experience with Navy acquisition or In-Service Programs.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business or technical field.
Must be a U.S. citizen; a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide support to NAVSEA TEAM SUB PEO UWS (SWFTS) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 401 – Submarine Acoustic Systems, PMS 425 - Combat and Weapons Control, PMS 435 – Submarine Electromagnetic Systems, SUB-S, 07TR – Submarine Trainer Readiness, and Cybersecurity.
TEAM SUB combines PEO SSBN, PEO SSN, PEO UWS and AUKUS Integration & Acquisition Office to enhance submarine R&D, acquisition, and maintenance processes.
Position is for Business and Financial Management in PMS401.
