Job summary

TMMG, Inc. is seeking an Integration Test Coordinator / Ship Repair Execution Lead to oversee on-site engineering restoration and testing for complex DDG class destroyer work.

You will align production, planning, and waterfront teams to restore systems in sequence, ensuring safe and timely testing and delivery. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in ship repair/modernization with NAVSEA experience, and may hold a USCG Chief Engineer license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years coordinating ship repair, modernization, and NAVSEA availabilities.
• Experience with Shipboard Safety, Lockout/Tagout, and test procedures.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and system diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site technical lead coordinating engineering system restoration and integration.
• Develop and maintain system readiness plans for production, testing, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate daily with Production Management, Project Management, Waterfront Engineering, Test Engineering, and Subcontractors; identify system dependencies.
• Ensure prerequisite work is complete before testing begins.
• Coordinate system turnovers between production and test organizations.
• Drive resolution of technical conflicts preventing test execution.
• Lead daily system readiness reviews and participate in planning meetings.
• Develop recovery plans for delayed work and verify support systems for testing.
