Job summary

Ghostrock, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead Naval engineering and sustainment initiatives in Philadelphia, PA. You will guide cross-functional teams, oversee shipboard design, testing, and installations, and manage Navy ERP-enabled financial planning for complex NAVSEA programs.

Qualified candidates will have a secret clearance, a technical/managerial degree, and at least 10 years in program management, engineering oversight, and Navy ERP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
Secret Clearance required.
Minimum 10 years in program/project management, engineering oversight, and Navy ERP.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams supporting Navy sustainment and acquisition program.
Oversee engineering design, testing, and shipboard installations.
Manage financial planning and ERP integration.
Coordinate risk mitigation and project scheduling.
Interface with NAVSEA, NSWCPD, and other Navy stakeholders.
