With 7+ years in program management and a DoD background, you will drive reviews, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster cross-functional collaboration across teams within the Naval Power

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience in DoD or defense programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with program management focus.
• Proven leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management.
• Experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple programs ensuring cost, schedule and performance goals are met.
• Lead program reviews, kick-offs and closeouts with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and manage bid/proposal activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks; report status to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with DoD regulations and contract requirements.
